I was a young child when the Watergate Scandal happened however, there was much discussion in my household about the disappointment in President Nixon. I recall vividly when we heard his resignation speech on the car radio and my Mother weeping. I've only seen her cry at funerals. She took me to see "All the President's Men" and I read all the books. The office of the President was forever tainted by Nixon's abuse of power.
